Outdoor Activities & Event Support

• Hiking and Walking Guides: Lead groups on local hikes and walks, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Tabling with Community Partners: Represent our organization at community events and engage with attendees.

• Attendance Management: Assist with check-ins and managing attendee lists at events.

• Meet and Greet Hosts: Welcome attendees, provide information, and create a friendly atmosphere.

• Fundraiser Committee: Help plan, organize, and execute fundraising events to support our initiatives.

• Event Committee: Participate in organizing and coordinating various events.

Community Engagement

• Fundraising: Help with phone calls and outreach to secure donations from the community.

• Contact Person for Community Events: Serve as a contact for any or specific community event and provide necessary information.

• Community Meetings: Attend community meetings to stay up to date with the latest information and represent our organization.

Indoor Activities

• Phone Calls: Reach out to our community members and assist with follow-up and donation calls.

• Email Correspondence: Help manage our email communications and respond to inquiries.

• Data entry - available at home

• Lunch or museum outing: meet and greet and show people where to go prior to start of event.
