Every 2nd Saturday of the month

La Nube, in collaboration with WE HIKE, is excited to bring nature meets city to you with our Urban Hike! Lace up your walking shoes and join us for an indoor /outdoor adventure where we’ll explore the beauty, history, and hidden gems around La Nube.

Time: 12 PM - 1:30 PM

Where: La Nube STEAM Discovery Center (2nd floor near the windows).

This Urban Hike and activity is free with paid admission to La Nube, perfect for families, friends, and curious explorers! Let’s sample the city in a whole new way and spark a love for hiking in an urban setting then return for a activity like none other.

What to Know:

Dress for the weather.  Wear comfy walking shoes. Bring water & sunscreen.

Where Every Step Sparks a Story

Summer session starts June 9th - July 26th

El Paso Public Library, in collaboration with WE HIKE, is excited to bring nature meets story to you with our Summer Series!

Lace up your walking shoes and join us for an indoor/ outdoor adventure where we’ll explore the beauty, stories, and hidden gems around nature and into our imagination.

Time: 4 PM - 5:30 PM

Where: Dorris van Doren Library Classroom

This summer series free perfect for you, friends, and curious explorers! Let’s sample nature in a whole new way and spark a love for hiking in a mountain setting and use our imagination for the rest. This is an immersive experience designed for Tweens 9-12 years old,

What to Know:

Dress for the weather.  bring your imagination, Wear comfy walking shoes. Bring water & sunscreen.

The El Paso Museum of Archaeology, in collaboration with WE HIKE, is thrilled to present a unique teen program where nature meets history!

Lace up your walking shoes and join us for a one-of-a-kind indoor/outdoor adventure. Together, we’ll explore ancient landscapes, local legends, and the natural beauty that surrounds us, all while stepping into the stories of those who came before.

Time: 9 AM - 11AM

Where: El Paso Archaeology Museum

This free teen series is perfect for you, your friends, and curious explorers! Get ready to experience archaeology like never before, through the lens of nature, movement, and imagination. We’ll hike through desert trails, uncover stories buried in the landscape, and connect the past to the present in a totally immersive way.

Designed for teens ages 12–19, this program blends hands-on discovery with outdoor adventure, sparking curiosity, movement, and a whole new appreciation for the world beneath your feet.

The Great Outdoors on the Big Screen

What.

Join WE HIKE and our partners as w beat the heat and bring the whole family to an evening of movie magic and trail-loving fun!

Where.

Premiere Cinemas at Bassett Center for a special hiking-themed movie night Tracks on Tuesdays in June and July.

When.

June 10th, 24th, July 8th and 22nd, at 6:30 PM.

Step off the trail and into the cool indoors for a chance to connect with the community, enjoy hiking trivia, raffles, and surprises, all while watching a film that celebrates adventure and the great outdoors.

It’s all about mixing movement with movie magic. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just hike-curious, this night is for everyone.

Cost

Free and open to all, come early, bring friends, and get ready for a good time.

The movie title will be announced soon, but trust us, you won’t want to miss it.
